We use Parcel Force to deliver parcels and a signature is required to accept all goods.

If you get your files to us by 9.00am on the day you order we can keep to the delivery times shown in the price list, with a probability of 95%. If no-one is around at the delivery address to receive the parcels a card will be put through your door. They will also attempt to deliver it to a neighbour. If no-one can accept the parcel it they will attempt to deliver it the following day.

We can check on our system to see who has signed for your parcel.
